If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations are unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Slovenian arbitration law, unless prohibited by applicable consumer protection laws.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and kavormelina.top d.o.o. regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
